Special Thought from her Friends

Eleanore has always been an ardent and generous supporter of the Federation. Her calm demeanor and lovely smile defused many an explosive situation. We became acquainted way back when the Junior Convention was held at the Twin Towers in Orlando. It was all coordinated so smoothly and efficiently by Eleanore, including a most enjoyed awards banquet  Eleanore was a much appreciated mentor during my term as state president. She sang several songs at my closing convention using her beautiful soprano voice. She was most knowledgeable about the Federation and shared information and help to others. During her own term as president, she initiated many worthwhile projects including a workbook detailing job descriptions and deadline dates. We became good friends and enjoyed social occasions, but working together for the Jeanie Auditions cemented our relationship and endeared Eleanore ever more to me. She was always appreciative and considerate. Eleanore is one classy lady that I dearly love. May she be at peace and surrounded by angels wherever she goes.

I adore Eleanore and enjoyed her singing so very much as did our beloved Grace.  You might call us double sisters since she was also in SAI (Sigma Alpha Iota National Music Fraternity for Women) with me.  She once told me her sister was "Miss Pennsylvania".  Eleanor is so talented and beautiful with a great personality and sweet spirit, Eleanore should have won.   I miss her so very much.  I know her birthday comes during the Christmas holidays. Where can we send a card to her?  I know she won't recognize my name, but perhaps momentarily she'll love the beauty of the card. My mom died of Alzheimer's.
